1. MAKING A PURCHASE
- Just browse our store.
- Click on an Item.
- Select Size, Colour, Gift Wrap.
- Click the 'Add Shopping' button to place into your shopping cart. You can add and alter your purchases as you wish at this point don’t forget to click ‘Update Cart’ if you have changed one of your purchases.
- Select Delivery Method
- Click 'Continue Shopping' and continue as above or click 'Checkout' to complete shopping.
- If you a new customer - enter your email address and select new customer. You will be asked to enter a password; this is to enable you to receive future discounts for returning customers. If you are a returning customer - enter email address and password.
- Enter further details as requested to proceed with order. Please note that we accept card payments in Pound Sterling, Euro and US Dollars.
- You will be emailed a confirmation of your order.

We at Seksie-Lingerie.com never have access to your card details.
We accept Credit and Debit card payments through the PayPal system.

Before you even register or log in to their site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher'.
We accept MasterCard, Euro Card, Visa Card, Delta Card, Electron Card, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Solo Cards. Sterling Cheques and PayPal Payments from your PayPal Account.
Goods paid by Credit or Debit Cards are billed 'SL' for your discretion.
Goods paid by sterling cheques are dispatched as soon as funds are cleared. Sterling Cheques are to be made payable to 'SEKSIE LINGERIE'.
On the back of the cheque quote your order reference and the long number on the front of your cheque guarantee card with the expiry date.
When we receive your order, you will be sent an email message confirming that your order has been received.
This message is automatically generated; if you don’t receive this email message within 1 HOUR of placing your order please contact us at sales@seksie-lingerie.com before re-submitting, to avoid a duplicate order.
Once your order has been received we will check for stock availability then place your order.
If an item is out of stock with us we will place it on backorder. If you do not wish for your item to be placed on backorder please let us know at time of purchase.
If we are no longer able to supply a particular item because it is no longer in stock with us and the manufacturer we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or refund.
All due care has been taken in the description of our items and placing the correct prices with those items, however if an error has been made due to human error we apologise. We reserve the right to amend this amount and advise you of this.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. DELIVERY CHARGES
UK - £2.95 Standard Charge (per order)
Items will be sent out First Class Recorded Delivery.
EUROPE - £8.95 Standard Charge (per order)
WORLDWIDE - £12.95 Standard Charge ((per order)
Items will be sent out 'International Signed For' service. If a customs certificate is required for shipping, the goods will be marked as 'clothing'.
Plain Packaging will be used by us and your invoice will be sent separately to your billing address or by email.
Depending on the number or size of items ordered someone may be required to sign for delivery.
For Europe & Worldwide orders, we are only able to send the items to the same address. We will not send any items to a PO Box address.
All orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours.
UK delivery normally takes 3 - 5 working days. However please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during busy periods.
Europe & Worldwide delivery normally takes 7-10 working days. However please allow up to 14 working days for delivery during busy periods.

3. BACKORDERS
We operate a backordering system for all ranges. When an order is placed we will endeavor to fulfill as much as possible within the shortest period of time. We will order any items not held in stock and send these as soon as they arrive.
Customers must opt out if they do not wish their orders to be automatically backordered. Should you wish to opt out please let us know when ordering by filling in any other info.
Out-of-stock items normally take between 10 - 28 working days.

4. GIFT-WRAPPING SERVICE
As an enhancement to our service we also offer gift-wrapping on orders for a small additional fee of just £3.50 over the normal delivery price.
'Garments are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a beautiful gift box and tag. We will also include any personal message on the gift tag. Please advise us at time of ordering using the Gift-Wrap Message option. '
Please note that whatever is typed will be written, so please check. If any message used is deemed offensive, we reserve the right to not include your message. If this occurs we will inform you.
5. RETURNS POLICY
You must take reasonable care of the goods. Due to the health and hygiene implications with goods sold on this site the following terms have to be met:
- Goods must be unused.
- Goods must be unwashed.
- All appropriate security tags intact.
- Goods must be complete.
- Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods returned must in all respects be in the condition you received them. Please ensure that items of clothing are in a smoke free environment. Also please note that if signs of any form of stains are seen including make up or deodorant then we will deem this as not taking reasonable care of the goods and your acceptance of keeping the goods. Further details are found below.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt and must be returned to us as soon as possible. As soon as we receive your item/s we will notify you.
If you advise us of a return and we do not receive that return within 7 days after notification we will assume that you have decided to keep the item/s and inform you of non-receipt.
We advise you to obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate when returning any goods to us. Recorded/Registered Delivery is suggested as the best method.

- Your Name with Contact Details (such as email address/telephone number)
- Reason for return of Items (it helps us and other customers!)
- Chosen Alternative
If you are unable to send an email for whatever reason, please still return them to us with the details above.
A Confirmation Email will be sent to you with a return code and this should be enclosed with the return.
We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this.
Sizing charts appear throughout the website and are extremely accurate to manufacturer’s guidelines.
If items are sold as a set the complete set must be returned, also if additional goods were purchased at a reduced rate because of an offer the full amount for those goods will be charged if returning part of an order. If a free gift was given with the item the free gift must also be returned if seeking a refund.
Please do not use the free gift unless you are happy with your purchase. If the free gift has been used, then the original purchase price for that gift before promotions will be charged.
We are unable to reimburse your return postal charges. However we will not charge additional postal charges when exchanging. But, if this is your second return of the same order, for example:
You purchased an item in size small then exchanged it for a size medium then wish to exchange it again for a size large.
Then we will charge additional postal costs.
We are unable to refund any charges for our gift-wrapping service or delivery. If an item was originally gift-wrapped and you wish for the exchange to also be gift-wrapped an additional gift-wrapping charge will be incurred. So if you wish to keep the original gift wrapping then please do so.
If you are unsure if it is possible to return an item after reading please contact us.
**EXCHANGE GUIDELINES**
All Items will be exchanged like for like. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Due to the health and hygiene implications with goods sold on this site the following terms have to be met:
- Goods must be unused.
- Goods must be unwashed.
- All appropriate security tags intact.
- Goods must be complete.
- Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods returned for exchange must in all respects be in the condition you received them. Please ensure that items of clothing are in a smoke free environment.
Also please note that if signs of any form of stains are seen including make up or deodorant then we will deem this as not taking reasonable care of the goods and your acceptance of keeping the goods. If purchasing clothing with panties included, please do not try on unless you are happy with the other items. For example, If you are not happy with the babydoll do you really need to try on the knickers as well?! For obvious hygiene reasons, if trying on items that are close or touching the intimate areas such as teddies, please do so whilst wearing a large pair of knickers (wearing thongs or g-strings whilst trying on items just will not do girls!). Please also read our exceptions to this rule.
If you are unsure if it is possible to return an item please contact us.
**EXCEPTIONS**
DVD's, audio or video recordings or computer software are non returnable if they are have been opened.
We cannot accept returns of creams, lubricants, massage oils, adult toys, edible items or bath and body products if they have been opened and are not faulty.
Hosiery items such as stockings, tights, body stockings and certain teddies are non-returnable if the seal has been broken or worn, this includes trying them on. This is because of the nature of these products.
We cannot accept returns of X-Strings and any open crotch item if they have been opened and are not faulty.
Please take care when putting on any PVC, Vinyl or Latex wear, due to the nature of the material these garments may rip. Talcum powder is suggested to make it easier to put on. These items are non-returnable.
Clearance Items are non-returnable.
**FAULTY ITEMS GUIDELINES**
We will refund manufacturing faulty items. Please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or exchange.
Goods that have been damaged, whether accidental, deliberate or through normal wear and tear are non-returnable. Goods will be inspected by us and the manufacturer before issuing an exchange or refund.
As soon as the faulty items are returned and deemed as faulty we will refund the return postal charges.

- All appropriate security tags intact.
- Goods must be complete.

The above terms are in place to avoid a faulty item being distorted and viewed as being mis-handled. We may not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if this is not done and no exchange or refund will be offered.
As soon as the faulty items are returned and deemed as faulty we will refund the return postal charges.
We are unable to refund any charges for our gift-wrapping service or delivery. If an item was originally gift-wrapped and you wish for the exchange to also be gift-wrapped an additional gift-wrapping charge will be incurred. So if you wish to keep the original gift wrapping then please do so.
If we are unable to replace your items within 28 working days from when we receive your items back, we will refund you the price of the faulty items at the time of purchase taking into account any promotions or discounts given at the time of purchase or offer an alternative.
**ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS GUIDELINES**
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please send an email ASAP preferably within 1 HOUR of placing your original order to avoid any extra charges, if you amend or cancel 1 hour or more after placing your original order we can not guarantee that you will avoid any extra charges.

3. Full Details for Cancelled or Amended Items
We advise you to obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate when returning any goods to us. Recorded/Registered Delivery is suggested as the best method.
We regret that orders cannot be amended nor cancelled once they have been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, you must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us.
They must be returned complete, unused, unwashed, unopened and in their original packaging, with any appropriate security tags intact.
We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if this is not done and no refund or exchange will be offered.
We are unable to refund any charges for our gift-wrapping service or delivery charges if item has already been dispatched.
6. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
You must inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered items. Details must be recorded on the delivery note, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. Do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to make a claim against the carrier.
7. SHORTAGE
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct number of items has been delivered. If you believe that there are items missing you’re your delivery, please first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
8. INCORRECT GOODS
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.
9. NON DELIVERIES
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days after the expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, and incorrect goods or damaged goods on delivery outside the stated timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.
